Usage Tips

Use this on early downs, especially first and second and long, when defenses are keying run tendencies off jet motion or heavy personnel.

Check safety alignment pre-snap: if you see two high safeties cheating toward the motion man's side, the play side go route is live for a big shot.

Against single high shells or teams that bite hard on run action, look immediately to the vertical route on the play side before checking down to the crosser.

Pair this with actual HB Toss or Jet HB Trap earlier in a drive to condition the defense to respect the jet sweep run, then hit this shot play once they start crashing down.

If the corner presses the vertical route, hot route it to a slant or use the underneath crosser as your primary answer against man coverage since it works away from most man defenders' leverage.
