Playbooks
Rams Offense and NFL Live Rams Offense are functionally the same playbook. They share all 600 of this cut's plays and differ by zero sets, so any audible package, formation sub or custom hot route habit you build here carries over one to one. Pick whichever label your mode offers; the on-field content is identical.
At 600 plays across 6 formations and 44 sets, the Rams Offense sits just above the middle of the game's 64 offensive team playbooks in size. It is a two-formation book. Shotgun carries 342 plays (57%) across 22 sets, and Singleback carries 201 plays (34%) across 15 sets. Together they account for 91% of the book. The remaining formations are situational: Pistol (24 plays, 2 sets), I Form (18 plays, 2 sets), Goal Line Offense (12 plays, 1 set) and Hail Mary (3 plays, 2 sets). The Singleback depth is the real identity marker. Fifteen sets under center gives you far more play action and outside zone style looks than a typical spread book, while the 22 Shotgun sets handle your pure dropback passing.
The concept list tells you how it wants to attack: Play Action, Block and Release, Drag, Crosser, Flat, Post, Spot, Hitch and Slant, plus a dedicated Cover 3 Beater tag and Motion built into the calls. This is a horizontal stretch and intermediate crossing route offense that uses motion and play action to widen the defense, then hits drags and crossers behind vacated linebackers. It supports a rhythm game plan that lives in 11 personnel, with 12 and 13 personnel Singleback looks to force heavier defensive subs, and 10 personnel Shotgun available when you want to empty out the box.
The Rams Offense wants an accurate, quick release quarterback with strong short and medium accuracy and good play action ratings, receivers with high route running and release to win on drags, crossers and slants, and a tight end who can both block and release into the flat. A zone blocking line and a back with receiving ability make the heavy Singleback share work. It fits a patient, rhythm based caller who likes to use personnel subs and motion to create mismatches rather than someone who wants a power run or deep shot heavy attack.
Search every playbook by tag and personnel grouping, not just Rams Offense.
Build your base audible package around Shotgun 11 personnel sets for 1st and 10 and 2nd and medium, carrying one Drag or Crosser concept, one Spot or Hitch concept and your Cover 3 Beater call to cover man and zone.
On early downs, alternate Singleback 11 and 12 personnel sets with play action and Block and Release calls; the 15 set depth lets you show the same run look while the concepts behind it change.
On 3rd and short, go to Singleback 13 personnel or the I Form sets to pull the defense into heavy personnel, then use motion to check whether a linebacker travels before choosing run or a Flat route.
On 3rd and long, sub into Shotgun 10 personnel to spread the field and hot route one receiver to a Post over your Crosser to punish defenses that sit on the sticks.
Save the Goal Line Offense set and Pistol sets for specific situations only (inside the 3 and occasional change of pace series) so their limited play counts do not get scouted early.
