Post-snap, track any user-controlled defender dropping into a lurk position in the middle of the field, as this is the biggest threat to the deep crosser route and can bait a bad throw. Man coverage with blitz packages that bring extra rushers off the edge will struggle to account for the wheel route out of the backfield, since it requires a linebacker to sink and turn quickly.
