Attack this play on second and long or third and medium when you need a defined sideline breakpoint against man coverage.

Pre-snap, identify if the corners are playing off man or press man because the comeback break punishes off coverage corners who bail too early.

If you see single high safety look, prioritize the seam route since the middle of the field is more likely to be exposed against Cover 3 rotation.

Use the underdneath check release route as your answer versus zone blitz pressure or when both comebacks are blanketed by trail coverage.

Pair this play with Four Verticals and PA Comebacks in the same set to keep defenders honest, since the vertical stems look identical before the comebacks snap back and create hesitation in zone drops.
