Against a stacked front or run blitz call, expect quick penetration that can beat the counter timing, so be ready to cut it back immediately rather than force it outside. If the safety rotates down into the box pre-snap, that usually means an eight man front look built specifically to stop this kind of gap scheme run.

Usage Tips

Use the pre-snap motion to identify if the defense shifts its linebackers or safety, since a rotation confirms man coverage or a run blitz look is coming.

Call this on early downs or short yardage when you need a physical, clock-controlling gain and want to set up misdirection plays later in the drive.

If the defense shows a stacked box or crashes hard on jet motion, counter with HB Slash Fk End Arnd or End Around Lead to punish overaggressive flow defenders.

Pair this with PA Power O or PA Boot Lt later in the series so the play-action look off similar formation motion keeps linebackers hesitant to fill fast.

Manually control the fullback or lead blocker at the point of attack to seal the edge defender and create a cleaner alley for the HB to work through.
