Zone heavy coverage like Cover 2 or Cover 4 with underneath zone drops can clog the mesh point and take away the shallow crossers, forcing you to climb the read to the seam route or corner breaking route for the window against the safety. Blitz packages that bring extra rushers off the edge are answered by the HB flat route, so key on the defensive end and outside linebacker alignment pre snap to anticipate pressure and get the ball out quickly.

Usage Tips
