PA Fk Cheat Quick Out is a play-action pass out of Shotgun Tight Y Off Wk that starts with a fake cheat motion into a run fake before the quarterback works the boundary. Defensive Reads

Watch the linebacker depth at the snap, if they crash down hard on the run fake the quick out and cross will be wide open behind them. Identify man versus zone by tracking the cornerback over the quick out route, if he opens his hips and runs with the receiver at the snap it is man coverage and the out route has a strong chance to win. Look for a user controlled defender sitting in the shallow zone or lurking near the crossing route, since that is where sim AI often leaves this play vulnerable to a jump. Check the safety alignment pre-snap, if you see two high safeties sitting deep the run fake will not sell as well so lean on the quick out and flat instead of the vertical shots.

If the defense shows single high or a stacked box, this is the moment to attack because linebackers will crash on the fake and open up the quick out and crossing routes.

Hot route the flat route to a shallow drag or spot if you are facing heavy zone drops underneath, since it gives the quarterback a faster answer against zone beaters.
