Pin And Pull

The Pin And Pull tag identifies outside run concepts where playside linemen down block to pin defenders inside while other linemen pull around the edge as lead blockers, showing up here as Pin Pull Sweep, Pin Pull Toss, and Mtn Pin Pull Sweep across Singleback, Shotgun, and Pistol sets like Ace, Doubles Y Off, Bunch Str Nasty, and Y Trips. These plays punish overaggressive edge setters and defenses that shift their front inside to stop inside zone, so your pullers can seal the corner and give your back a clean lane to the sideline. Filtering by this tag lets competitive players build a perimeter run package with the same blocking look from multiple formations, which pairs naturally with play-action and helps you attack the edge against light boxes or when a user-controlled defender cheats inside.
