On third and medium, prioritize the mirrored crosser settling over the middle since it creates natural separation against both man and zone if the underneath defenders bite on the shallow drag first.

Against aggressive user blitzers, get the ball out quickly to the shallow drag or RB flat route since the deep corner and crosser take longer to develop and leave the quarterback exposed.
