Trips TE Offset Wk puts three receivers to the weak side of the formation with the tight end aligned inside the trips cluster and the halfback offset opposite the strength. That offset backfield alignment is the key difference from standard Trips TE sets: the back sets to the away side, which gives you clean same side flow on Bounce Inside Zone and Bounce Read Option while the three receiver surface pulls the second level defenders in the other direction. Defenses that overload the trips side to match numbers are immediately outflanked by the run game, and defenses that stay balanced give up leverage on the slot and the tight end.
Check the apex defender over the number two receiver before every snap: if he sits inside the box, throw the bubble on the RPO plays, if he widens, give the ball on the zone read.
Use Verticals on third and long against single high looks, then hot route the inside trips receiver to a curl or drag if the defense shows two high and you need the intermediate window instead.
Motion the outside trips receiver across pre-snap to diagnose man versus zone, then leave him in the new alignment on Flood Divide to change the flood spacing.
Pair Bounce Inside Zone and Bounce Read Option with PA Flood and Bounce PA Bubble Flood so the same backfield flow sells both, and the play action hold is what opens the intermediate flood window.
Save HB Slip Screen for second and medium after you have shown the RPO looks, since aggressive users blitzing the trips side will chase upfield and vacate the screen lane.
