Defensive Reads

Identify single high versus two high shells before the snap, single high alignments with the free safety shaded away from the X side give you the best shot at the deep burst route. Watch for user-controlled defenders sitting in the middle of the field or lurking near the crossing route depth, since a rat linebacker spying the play-action can jump the underneath option if you check down too early.
