Defensive Reads

Use the deep corner route as a clear-out against single high safety looks, it pulls the deep defender away and opens the crossing routes underneath.
If you see zone shells like Cover 3 or Cover 4, target the shallow drag and crosser in the soft spots between linebacker levels before the underneath defenders can wall off the throwing lanes.
Hot route the running back wheel into a check release against known blitz-heavy defenses to give yourself a checkdown valve and extra protection.
