Cover 3 Cloud

The Cover 3 Cloud tag identifies Cover 3 variations where the cloud side cornerback squats in the hard flat while a safety rotates over the top to take his deep third, giving you a three deep, four under shell with a sticky flat defender. This tag groups those calls across 6 formations, including Nickel, Dime, Dollar, 4-3, 3-4, and 3-3-5, and 24 sets, so you can find the look that fits your personnel and scheme. Competitive players use it to filter for a zone that takes away quick outs, flats, and RPO bubbles to the boundary while keeping deep help against verticals, then pair it with hot routes or a user-controlled safety to cover the corner route hole behind the squat corner.
