Usage Tips

Use this on early downs when the defense has been gashed by your jet sweep or inside zone looks, since the run fake plays off tendency.

Watch for linebackers keying hard on the jet motion presnap. If they widen out or crash the edge, the shallow crosser will sit wide open behind them.

This works best against man coverage or aggressive run blitz fronts since the underneath route beats defenders flowing to the fake.

Pair this play with PA Jet Sweep and Jet Touch Pass earlier in a drive to condition the defense to bite on the motion, then hit this as the changeup.

Get the ball out fast off the fake since the route concept is designed to be a quick rhythm throw rather than a deep progression read.
