Breakdown
Corner Strike lines up out of Shotgun Stack Y Off with 11 personnel and stacked receivers to the left. The stacked receivers run a spot combo underneath, with the front receiver settling on a quick out and the back stack man clearing vertically before breaking outward, while the outside receiver on the right runs a corner route that stems upfield and breaks toward the sideline for the deep shot. A flat route from the backfield or slot area works underneath to the right as a checkdown and to hold flat defenders. This is a man beater built around the corner route winning on a vertical stem, with the primary read progression starting on the corner route, moving to the underneath out breaking from the stack, and finishing with the flat route as the checkdown.
Defensive Reads
Pre-snap, identify if the defense is in a single high shell like Cover 1 or Cover 3, since the corner route exploits the boundary corner without safety help. Watch cornerback depth and leverage on the corner route side, soft outside leverage invites an easy throw while tight inside leverage with deep safety help signals a jump-and-play situation. Post-snap, track any user-controlled defender dropping into a lurk spot near the sideline or intermediate zone, since a smart user lurk can undercut the corner route before it fully breaks. Cover 2 and Cover 4 shells with two deep safeties are the primary counter, since the corner route runs into the safety help over the top and gets squeezed to the sideline. If linebackers show blitz depth or crowd the line pre-snap, expect pressure that could disrupt the timing needed for the corner route to fully develop, so be ready to check down to the flat route immediately.
Usage Tips
Look for single high safety shells pre-snap since the corner route thrives when there is only one deep defender who has to respect the middle of the field.
Motion or check the coverage by reading the corner on the corner route side, if he is playing outside leverage with no safety help over the top, throw it early on the break.
Use hot routes to convert the flat route into a quick throw against zone drops if the corner route is covered, giving you a built-in checkdown versus zone drop coverage.

Best used on second or third and medium to long since the corner route takes time to develop and needs a clean pocket, so protect with max protect concepts if the defense shows pressure looks.
