PA HB Sneak fakes the handoff out of Shotgun Split Y Off to freeze the linebackers before releasing the HB on a delayed sneak route through the middle of the field. Defensive Reads

Check the middle of the field pre-snap for two safeties versus one, since the HB sneak thrives against single high looks where linebackers have to respect the run.

Use the HB as your first read out of the fake and get the ball out quickly before underneath defenders recover.

If the defense sells out on the sneak with a linebacker spy or blitz, work the deep dig or the corner route on the outside as your progression.
