Overview
NFL Live Bills Offense is functionally the same book as Bills Offense. The two cuts share all 592 plays and differ by zero sets, so there is no hidden formation, no extra set, and no play you gain or lose by choosing one over the other. The only real difference is the sheet it lives on: this is the NFL Live version, which matters for menu presentation and roster tie-ins rather than for anything you call on third down. If you already know Bills Offense, you know this playbook, and you should pick whichever cut is easier for you to find in your playbook list.
What you get is a 592 play Shotgun book, larger than 32% of the game's 64 offensive team playbooks, with 391 of those plays (66%) spread across 22 Shotgun sets. That is the entire identity. Singleback adds 113 plays (19%) over 8 sets as the secondary base, and everything else is a specialist package: I Form at 33 plays (6%) in 2 sets, Strong I at 21 plays (4%) in 2 sets, Pistol at 18 plays (3%) in 2 sets, Goal Line Offense at 13 plays (2%) in 2 sets, and Hail Mary at 3 plays across 2 sets for end of half situations. With 22 Shotgun sets you get enough different alignments to run the same concepts from different looks, which is where the real advantage lives in a book this Shotgun heavy.
Concept coverage leans pass with Play Action, Pass Play, Spot, Flat, Motion and a dedicated Cover 3 Beater tag, but the run game is not an afterthought: Power, Power Run, Counter, Toss, Dive and Run Play all appear, and 26 Duo shows up from multiple formations, which is exactly the kind of repeated call you want when you are trying to run the same gap scheme out of Shotgun, Singleback and I Form off one audible. Personnel ranges from 10 and 11 spread groupings all the way to 23, 32, 22 and 13 heavy sets, so you can go four wide or load the box without leaving the playbook. Plays like 26 Duo Alert X Lookie and F Lead Read Option give you built in answers off the run look, and Goal Post plus the Hail Mary sets cover the two minute panic button. The game plan this supports is a Shotgun primary offense that mixes gap runs and play action off the same formation families, with heavy personnel used as a change of pace rather than a base.
Scheme Fit
This playbook wants a quarterback comfortable operating from Shotgun on nearly every snap, with enough mobility to make F Lead Read Option a real threat and enough throw power and accuracy on the move to hit Play Action and Cover 3 Beater concepts after the fake. The 23, 32, 22 and 13 personnel groups reward big bodied blocking tight ends and a fullback for the I Form and Strong I short yardage packages, while the 10 and 11 groups need a receiving back who can release from Shotgun and a slot receiver with route running to work Spot and Flat combos. Pick NFL Live Bills Offense if you are a Shotgun first play caller who wants gap runs like Power, Counter, Toss and 26 Duo out of spread alignments and treats heavy personnel as a situational hammer instead of a base identity.

Strengths
- Twenty two Shotgun sets holding 391 plays means you can fill every audible slot with Shotgun looks and still have distinct alignments, so you motion and shift between sets without the defense getting a new formation tell each time you break the huddle.
- 26 Duo appears out of multiple formations including Shotgun, Singleback and I Form, which lets you run the identical gap scheme from three different personnel looks and force the defense to defend blocking, not formation.
- Concept tags include both Play Action and a dedicated Cover 3 Beater alongside Spot and Flat, so from the same Shotgun family you can attack a single high shell with a beater and then punish the run fit with play action off your Duo look.

Weaknesses
- Two thirds of the book is Shotgun, so a user who recognizes your Shotgun tendency can sit in one shell and pattern match your route combos knowing you almost never show anything else on early downs.
- Under center power football is thin: I Form (33 plays, 2 sets) and Strong I (21 plays, 2 sets) combine for only 54 plays, which is not enough variety to grind out a lead or win a short yardage series against a stacked box.
- Pistol is a token package at 18 plays across 2 sets, so if you want Pistol as a real change of pace with a full complement of runs and play action off them, this book does not support it.
- Goal Line Offense is just 13 plays across 2 sets, so inside the five your opponent can commit to the obvious FB Dive and heavy looks and you do not have a deep menu to counter with.
- At 592 plays it is larger than only 32% of team offensive books, and the volume is concentrated in Shotgun rather than spread, so your non Shotgun formations are shallow enough to scout in a few series.
Usage Tips
Build your audible package almost entirely out of Shotgun sets, picking four or five of the 22 that share personnel so formation subs carry across them, and use those on first and second down as your base.
Reach for Singleback (113 plays, 8 sets) on second and medium when you want a downhill run or a play action rollout off a look the defense has not seen from you all game, since it is your only other deep formation family.
Save I Form and Strong I for third and one, fourth and short and clock killing drives late, and call them as a bundle so the defense has to respect FB Dive and 45 Quick Base out of the same alignment.
Use 26 Duo as your identity run, calling it from Shotgun early and then repeating it from Singleback or I Form in the second half, and lean on 26 Duo Alert X Lookie when the box is loaded.
Keep Goal Line Offense and the Hail Mary sets loaded in your quick call menus, because 13 and 3 plays respectively means you will not find them quickly under the play clock if you have to scroll.
