Post snap, key on the outside cornerback carrying the vertical seam or go route from the slot receiver, since that is the primary deep threat this coverage funnels toward. This shell struggles against quick game concepts and RPOs that attack the flat before the rotation fully sets, so hard counts and no huddle tempo can catch the defense mid rotation. Watch for the underneath hook and flat defenders sinking into short zones, which creates natural throwing windows on curl and out routes if the quarterback recognizes the disguise fast enough. Man beater route combos will not work well here since this is fundamentally a zone shell, so offenses should attack the seams between zones rather than isolating one defender in man coverage.
