This is not a blitz or pressure call, it is a base coverage play, so your primary read is the corners at the snap: if they sink into deep quarters and the underneath defenders flow to the flats and hook zones, you are getting the invert rotation and should key the running back or slot receiver working the middle void created by the rotation.
Pre snap, look at safety alignment: if both safeties show deep and one corner is playing a soft outside shade, that is your tell for the invert rotation coming from the strong side. Watch linebacker depth at the snap, since the Jack linebacker in this 3-3 front needs to get outside width quickly to defend flat routes or he leaves a throwing window for quick outs and speed outs.
