Tite Grizzly is a defensive set inside the 3-4 family, and that changes how you approach every prompt about "offensive concepts." Instead of a standard 3-4 front with two true outside linebackers in space, Tite Grizzly rolls out a Base 5-2 personnel group with RLE, RRE, and NT tags, meaning you get five down-capable bodies with edge players aligned tight rather than dropping into coverage. The tite alignment (nose over center, ends inside the tackles) walls off interior gaps and forces run plays to bounce wide, which is exactly what the two remaining linebackers are there to clean up.
The play list leans heavily on the split between coverage disguise and pressure. Cover 2 Invert, Cover 3, Cover 3 Drop, Tampa 2 Show 3, and 2 Invert Strong give you zone shells that all begin from the same heavy front, so an offense reading your alignment cannot tell whether it is facing a four man rush with an inverted safety or a six man pressure. Mike Sim 2, Mike Hot Blitz 3, Mike Blitz 0, and 1 Edge Pinch are the pressure half of the set, and because the ends are already tucked inside, the blitzers attack through pinched interior lanes rather than looping wide from depth.
Against an offense, this set effectively isolates the perimeter. With five in the box and two linebackers, slot receivers and tight ends are generally handled by safeties rotating down from the invert looks, which creates matchup advantages for you on power run downs and creates exploitable one on one situations if you rotate correctly. The tradeoff is that offenses running spread or empty sets can spread your heavy personnel horizontally, so Tite Grizzly is a situational front, not a base call for all three downs.
Call Tite Grizzly on second and short, third and short, and goal line situations where the offense is in heavy personnel and likely running inside
Check the offensive personnel pre snap: if they motion to empty or trips, audible out to a lighter 3-4 set rather than living with two linebackers in space
Stack Cover 2 Invert and Cover 3 Drop back to back from the same look so the offense cannot tell the shell from your alignment, then bring Mike Hot Blitz 3 off the same front
User the deep middle safety on Tampa 2 Show 3 and let the linebacker carry the seam, which baits a throw into the closing window
Shade coverage inside and pinch the line on 1 Edge Pinch when facing outside zone teams, then manually blitz a linebacker for an extra body if they are in heavy personnel
