This play pairs well with Inside Zone and Outside Zone from the same set since the run action looks identical, keeping linebackers honest and setting up the screen as a change of pace call. Call this on early downs like first or second and short to medium yardage when defenses are more likely to sell out against the run. Sequence it after a few live Inside Zone or Read Option runs so linebackers start crashing downhill, then hit them with the buck screen to make them pay for over pursuing.
