Hot route the fullback or backside receiver into a shallow drag if you see a spy or extra hook defender sitting in the mesh area to give yourself a faster underneath answer.
Use this on third and short to medium since the mesh crossers create natural pick opportunities that get receivers open quickly against tight man coverage.
