Key the offensive line protection slide before the snap, if they are sliding toward your overload blitz side the quarterback likely has a hot route or sight adjustment ready to counter the pressure. Use this on passing downs like second and long or third and medium when you expect the offense to take a shot down the field, since the two deep safeties take away the over the top throws while the pressure forces a quick decision. Disguise the blitz by aligning the Load Mug front the same way you show base Nickel looks in this set, then bring the fifth rusher late off the DB blitz to keep the quarterback guessing pre-snap. Spy or mug the A gap prior to the snap to bait the quarterback into thinking it is a straight Cover 2 shell, then confirm the blitz timing with your user so you can drop into a shallow hook zone yourself if the play-action or RPO look holds. Pair this with Cover 2 Man or Tampa 2 from the same set so offenses cannot key on the deep safety shell alone, alternating between man and zone match principles behind similar pressure shows. Avoid calling this against empty formations or quick game concepts since the underneath zone defenders need a beat to sink and can be exposed by fast three step timing throws before the rush ever arrives.
