Use the double mug alignment to bait the quarterback into thinking a specific side is blitzing, then send the opposite linebacker for a clean lane if the play allows a manual user blitz.

Save this call for third and long or two minute situations where the offense is more likely to sit in empty or spread sets with thin protection.
