Franchise Playsheet
Campus Wide is one of the most concentrated playsheets in the game: 27 plays, one formation, three sets, and 100% of the call sheet living in Shotgun out of 11 personnel (1 RB, 1 TE, 3 WR). There is no under center package, no heavy package, no empty-to-jumbo swing. Every snap comes from the same alignment depth with the same body types on the field, which means the offense is built around tempo and repetition rather than personnel disguise. Plays like HB Power G show the intent clearly: gap scheme run concepts pulled into a three-receiver Shotgun look so the run game and the pass game share identical presnap pictures.
Because the playbook only has 27 plays spread across 3 sets, it functions as a situational playsheet rather than a full game plan book. It is at its best as a package you live in on specific downs, or as a franchise install for a coach who wants a single identity: spread the box out with three receivers, run gap scheme against a nickel front, and throw off the exact same look. The value of that concentration is that you never tip anything. An opponent watching the formation get called cannot narrow down run or pass, cannot sub personnel with confidence, and has to defend the whole field on every snap because the same 11 personnel Shotgun set produces HB Power G and four-verticals-style spacing alike.
What you get from choosing Campus Wide over a wider book is speed of decision and total familiarity. With one formation you learn every blocking assignment, every route stem and every protection slide in three sets instead of twelve, so your presnap work goes into hot routes, motions and individual route adjustments rather than hunting for the right formation. What you give up is the ability to change the physical picture, and that trade is the entire scouting report on this playbook.
Campus Wide wants a quarterback who is comfortable operating from depth on every snap and can throw accurately on the move, since there is no under center change of pace to hide behind. Up front you need guards with pull ability and high awareness to make gap scheme calls like HB Power G work from Shotgun, plus a running back with vision on pullers and enough route ability to be a fifth receiving threat out of 11 personnel. This is the playbook for a player who wants one identity, repeats it at tempo, and does presnap work with hot routes and motions instead of formation changes, not for someone who wants to run heavy personnel and win short yardage with bodies.

Build your entire audible package inside the three Shotgun sets and never leave it. Because all 27 plays live in the same formation, set your audibles so one button gets you gap scheme, one gets you quick game, and one gets you a deep shot off the same look.
On second and medium, lean on HB Power G and similar gap scheme runs while the defense is still in nickel personnel. That is the window where 11 personnel Shotgun gives you a numbers advantage in the box.
On third and long, use the fact that every play shares one formation: call your run look, then motion a receiver and hot route the slot to attack whichever coverage the defense declares out of nickel.
In short yardage and inside the five, accept that you have no under center package and treat it as a pass down. Use receiver motion and tight splits from Shotgun to create a throwing lane rather than trying to power it in from depth.
Rotate your three sets rather than living in one. With only 3 sets in the playbook, repeating the same alignment twice in a row is how an opponent starts timing your snap count and your protection slide.
