Only call this play when you have a clear numbers advantage in coverage or need a home run blitz on third and long, since Cover 0 leaves zero margin for error against vertical route combos.

Check the offense's personnel and formation width before the snap, if they show four or five wide receivers you are exposed to one on one matchups that can get beat deep, so consider audibling to Cover 1 Hole instead.

User the strong safety blitzer through his gap immediately after the snap to disguise the rush and prevent the running back from picking him up cleanly.

Mix this in after running Cover 3 Sky or Cover 3 Match on early downs so the offense is not expecting the sudden shift to an all out pressure zero look.

Pair this call with SS Dog 3 in your play calling sequence so quarterbacks cannot key on safety alignment to diagnose blitz versus coverage.
