RNS Switch Dig lines up out of Shotgun Flanker Close with a switch release on the two receivers to the closed side, crossing at the snap before one climbs vertical up the sideline and the other angles into a deep out breaking route. The backside receiver runs a straight vertical stem up the numbers as a clear out route, while the slot defender to the play side works a short in-cut settling underneath at the sticks. The running back releases from the backfield and works a shallow drag across the middle of the field underneath everything, giving you a built in checkdown against pressure. This is a man beater first and foremost since the switch release at the top of the screen creates natural rub traffic to shake off tight man coverage, but the dig sitting underneath deep zone drops also gives you a window versus split safety shells.
