Cov 1 QB Contain out of the 3-4 Predator Base personnel is a man coverage blitz package built to pressure the quarterback while playing single high safety behind it. Call this on early downs or third and medium when you expect the offense to attack the edges with rollouts or designed QB movement since the contain rushers eliminate those escape lanes.
