Snallabot is a free Discord bot that pulls your league's data straight from EA and sends it to Madden Tools. It exports your free-agent pool (the Companion App can't), and after setup, updating your league is one click after each advance.

Add Snallabot to your league's Discord server

  1. In Discord, open your server's menu: click the server name at the top left (the gear icon) and choose Server Settings, then App Directory. You need Manage Server permission.
  2. Search for Snallabot and add it to your server. If the App Directory doesn't list it, use the direct invite link.
The bot shows up in your member list as champion_snallapa. That's the right one.

Connect your Madden league

  1. In any channel, run /dashboard. The bot replies with a private link to your league's Snallabot dashboard.
  2. Open it and follow the directions to connect your league: sign in with the EA account that owns the franchise, then pick your league and platform.

Point Snallabot at Madden Tools

  1. On the dashboard, find the List of Export Url's table and click the green ADD EXPORT URL button at its top right.
  2. Paste your league's export URL, then click ADD. The URL lives on your league's Commissioner page: open your league, pick Commissioner Hub from the sidebar, and copy the URL at the top of the Exports card.
Tick all five boxes (League Info, Weekly Stats, Roster, Extra Data, and Auto Update) before you click ADD. With Auto Update ticked, any export Snallabot runs on its own reaches Madden Tools too.

Export

  1. First time: set the dashboard's week dropdown to All Weeks and hit Export. That backfills everything your league has played this season; give it a minute or two.
  2. After each advance, hit Export on the dashboard or run /export in Discord. Your league pages update a couple of minutes later. With Auto Update ticked, exports Snallabot runs on its own reach Madden Tools too, so your pages may already be current when you check.

Using the Companion App instead?

The EA Companion App works too, with a stricter weekly ritual and two limits: no automatic exports, and no free-agent pool. The step-by-step Companion App instructions live on your league's Commissioner page, under the export URL: open your league to find the Companion App steps.
