The clearest near-term relief comes from cutting Jaylon Moore, which frees $14.2M, and releasing Kristian Fulton for another $9.8M, though each carries dead cap obligations of $4.4M and $3.3M respectively. With 17 expiring contracts on the books, the team has a natural opportunity to shed cost, but the same expiry wave creates re-signing decisions that will compete for whatever space is created. Genuine financial flexibility is a season two or season three story, contingent on smart cap management and avoiding costly extensions before the committed load clears.
