The Prevent tag identifies the deep-shell defensive package built to protect against explosive plays in late-game and end-of-half situations, covering the Prevent formation, its 3 Deep set, and the Prevent play itself. These calls load the field with extra defensive backs, sink coverage defenders to deep landmarks, and concede underneath yardage to eliminate Hail Mary shots, four verticals, and deep sideline throws when you are protecting a lead. Filtering by this tag lets competitive players quickly pull up their clock-killing coverage call so they can pair it with smart pre-snap adjustments, like user-controlling a deep safety or shading coverage to the sideline, instead of scrolling through base defenses in a two-minute drill.
