Tier I gave 100 extra rookie snaps for Training Camp gold medals, Tiers II and III gave x2 and x4 mini-game XP, and Tier IV added a 5% boost to DEV trait upgrade odds. It also unlocked free at level 27 on the Offensive Guru and Defensive Genius trees. Now the snap bonuses are 25 and 50, the XP boosts are x2 and x3, the DEV trait tier is gone, and no archetype unlocks it for free.
